ZORVY HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED

We are a food business engaged in the manufacturing and sale of spice powders, chutney powders, and ready mix food products. We operate under a valid FSSAI license and comply with all applicable food safety regulations in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, ingredient lists, and nutritional information as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to the natural characteristics of spice and food products. All product labels comply with FSSAI (Packaging and Labelling) Regulations, 2011, including mandatory declarations of ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, net quantity, batch number, date of manufacture, and best before date.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (where available), processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Food Safety & Compliance

All our products are manufactured in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder. We adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) as prescribed by FSSAI. Our facility and processes are subject to periodic inspection by food safety authorities.

7. Allergen Information

Some of our products may contain or may have been processed in a facility that handles common allergens including but not limited to groundnuts, sesame seeds, mustard, and tree nuts. Allergen information is declared on each product label as required by FSSAI regulations. Customers with known food allergies are advised to read product labels carefully before consumption.

8. Product Shelf Life & Storage

Each product has a clearly mentioned “Best Before” date on its packaging. We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, please reseal the pack tightly or transfer to an airtight container. We are not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product names, images, descriptions, and website design — is our intellectual property or licensed to us and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
