Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take utmost care in packaging your spice powders and ready mixes to ensure freshness and quality upon delivery. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Deliveries are available to all serviceable pin codes via our logistics partners.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.

Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days.

Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics disruptions, weather, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping above ₹499, flat ₹50 for orders below ₹499

5. Packaging & Food Safety

All products are packed in food-grade, airtight, and tamper-proof packaging in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and FSSAI packaging and labelling regulations. Each package carries the mandatory FSSAI license number, batch number, manufacturing date, best before date, net weight, ingredient list, and nutritional information as required under FSSAI (Packaging and Labelling) Regulations, 2011.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking page.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. For shipments lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
