Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation and return policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us via email or phone with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict COD availability on your account for future orders.

2. Returns – Eligibility

Since our products are perishable food items as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and FSSAI regulations, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or tampered product (packaging visibly broken, torn, or opened).

• You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

• The product is past its “Best Before” date at the time of delivery.

• There is a manufacturing defect (unusual odour, discolouration, foreign particles, etc.).

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following: your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns in the following cases: the product has been opened and partially used (unless there is a genuine quality/safety defect), the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery, the product was improperly stored after delivery (e.g., exposure to moisture, heat, or contamination), or the issue is related to personal taste preference.

5. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) — we will collect your bank details securely. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, etc.).

6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a replacement product within 3–5 business days after approving your return request, subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.

7. Food Safety Reporting

If you believe a product poses a food safety risk or does not comply with FSSAI standards, you may also report the issue directly to FSSAI through their consumer grievance portal or helpline, in addition to contacting us. We take all food safety concerns seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding returns or refunds, we will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction as specified in our Terms and Conditions.
